We were having a very slow start to our sale. Andrew was not discouraged he kept our spirits up and was very positive. Andrew was up to date every week showing us statistics of sales in the area, amount of homes listed for sale, and comparables for our listing price. My husband and I recently purchased a home in the Cloverdale area and we were so happy that we had Andrew to guide us through the process. When we originally met with Andrew, we were looking to purchase a home that was a few years old. He met with us to discuss our needs and was very helpful in sending us listings that met our extensive criteria. This was our first home buying experience and Andrew was very patient as we looked through several homes in a couple of areas in Cloverdale, South Surrey, and White Rock. He has a good eye for quality of construction and finishings and he pointed out many positives and negatives in each home.

Part way through our search for a home, we switched gears and decided that we were going to build a home. Andrew was very flexible and willing to change directions with us as we went from looking for a home to looking for a building lot. Andrew had an impressive base of knowledge regarding home building and was willing to help with lot searches, including listed and unlisted properties. Additionally, Andrew had knowledge of several contractors and trades people in the area that could work with us to build a home.

Shortly after we began looking for a lot, my husband and I decided that we would pre-purchase a new home in Cloverdale. Once again, Andrew was patient and supportive with our decision. He did a phenomenal job representing us and making sure that we were well taken care of throughout the process our home purchase. He checked in with us on a regular basis as our house was nearing completion. When we were dissatisfied with the way our yard was being finished, Andrew contacted the builder to ensure that the lot elevations were in line with what had been specified in our contract.

Andrew went above and beyond our expectations in a realtor. He is personable, knowledgeable and patient. He takes customer service to a whole new level. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.
